AK Residential Services Group is a merger of two construction firms, AK Residential Services Sdn Bhd and Qland Sdn Bhd, both of which are now operating in the state of Kelantan. AK Residential Services Group has wide experience and expertise in the development and construction field. To date the company has constructed more than 400 unit of houses since 2014 ranging from affordable terrace houses as well as luxury villas with swimming pools and getting positive response regarding our design quality and service from our clients. The company is committed to keep giving the best service and satisfaction to all our clients. Our services include choosing suitable land (if client do not have their own land), house designing, processing bank or government housing loan and building the house. In line with our expansion programme we will be opening a branch in Kuala Lumpur this 2022 end of year and will be expanding our activities in the state of Negeri Sembilan and Melaka in 2023.
